We as the Diocese of Raiwind, are called to be a Diocese that will inspire the people to live the values taught by Jesus Christ, inspiring them to integrity and action. We invite everyone to be transformed through faith in Jesus Christ and to proclaim in a loving service to each other and the world. We are aware of the challenges and opportunities that we face as bearers of the Gospel message. We continue to address those challenges in order to effectively live out our mission. We have a firm belief that the Diocese should be managed as an endeavor with mission. It is not enough to state, “We are the Body of Christ” and then proceed to hold out hands for help. Thus, although it has never been attempted in the past, we believe we can set ourselves a clear direction. Therefore, we have the following vision.
- Diocese will minister with the aim of having a positive impact on the spiritual, social, and economic well being of Diocesan target groups.
- It will conduct this ministry as a Diocese that continually endeavors to achieve financial sustainability in both operating and capital expenditure.
- Raiwind Diocese will go beyond its own financial sustainability and be a strategic partner with foreign Donor/Partner organizations in assisting other dioceses, para-church bodies and NGO's in Pakistan.
